The work-ordered day
Members share in running the Clubhouse, from the kitchen to the front desk, building confidence and skills.
At the Clubhouse, people are members, not patients. Members run the place alongside staff: cooking meals, answering phones, leading groups and looking out for each other.
FY2026 is July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
The Santa Fe Clubhouse follows the internationally recognized Clubhouse Model, which began at Fountain House in New York City in 1948. Its core idea is simple: everyone has something to contribute, and meaningful work and friendship are part of recovery.
Isolation is one of the heaviest parts of mental illness. The Clubhouse answers it with a daily routine, real responsibilities and a community that notices when you are not there.
