Your first visit will be with our caring Treat First team. This is a safe space for you to share your needs and concerns at your own pace.

You’ll be connected with a supportive team member who will work collaboratively with you to explore the resources that can best support your journey.

If services like individual or group sessions are right for you, we’ll arrange a follow-up meeting to ensure the support you receive is tailored to your unique needs.
