The Skill Building program’s objective is to serve persons facing the challenges of mental health illness and/or addictions by creating opportunities for them to recover, tap into their own resources and improve their general life skills. We do so by creating environments that support recovery, self-efficacy, and empowerment, as well as assisting in improving each person’s daily life.
