Raymond Anderson (Ande) has worked at The Life Link since 1990, serving as Director of Treatment and now Director of Operations and Training. He is also Director of Training for Life Link Training Institute, the training arm of The Life Link. He delivers trainings on the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as other trainings.
Ande holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Counseling from the University of Biblical Studies at Bethany, Oklahoma and a Masters of Theology from the International Seminary, Plymouth, Florida. He is licensed by the State of New Mexico as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADAC). Ande is a member of the American Counselors Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
